By accessing this website or purchasing artwork through it, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

This website is operated by Elena Le Claire Fine Art, based in Florida, United States, and showcases the original artwork and creative work of artist Elena Le Claire.

Unless otherwise stated, every original painting offered through this website is a unique work of art created by Elena Le Claire.

Every effort is made to photograph and represent artwork accurately. However, colors, textures, and details may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, computer monitors, mobile devices, and individual display settings.

Artwork dimensions and materials are provided as accurately as possible.

Original artworks are one-of-a-kind and subject to availability.

Some artwork may simultaneously be exhibited or offered through an authorized gallery or other sales platform. In the unlikely event that an artwork is sold through another venue before website availability can be updated, the website order will be canceled and the purchaser will receive a full refund.

Placing an artwork in a shopping cart does not reserve it until payment has been successfully completed.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed costs may be added during checkout.

Payment must be successfully completed before artwork is shipped unless another arrangement has been agreed upon in writing.

Elena Le Claire Fine Art reserves the right to correct accidental pricing or listing errors. If an error affects an order already placed, the purchaser will be contacted before fulfillment.

Purchasing an original artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork only.

All copyright and reproduction rights remain with Elena Le Claire unless those rights are expressly transferred through a separate written agreement.

Purchasing an artwork does not grant permission to reproduce, publish, distribute, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, mint as an NFT, or otherwise commercially use the artwork or its image.

Elena Le Claire retains the right to photograph and reproduce sold artwork for prints, books, catalogs, exhibitions, promotional materials, websites, social media, archival purposes, and other artistic or commercial uses.

Collectors may photograph and share artwork they own for ordinary personal, non-commercial purposes, provided the artwork is not materially altered or represented as the work of another artist.

Artwork images, photographs, videos, written stories, artwork descriptions, graphics, branding, and other original content appearing on this website are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws.

They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without prior written permission.

Artwork stories and descriptions reflect the artist's inspiration and interpretation. Collectors and viewers are always free to experience and interpret the artwork in their own way.

Commissioned artwork is subject to separately agreed terms regarding size, concept, price, deposit, estimated completion time, shipping, and other project details.

Commissioned, customized, and personalized artwork is final sale and non-refundable except where otherwise required by applicable law.

This website may contain links to galleries, social-media platforms, payment processors, shipping providers, or other third-party services.

Those third parties operate under their own policies and terms. Purchases made directly through another gallery or marketplace may therefore be governed by that seller's applicable terms and policies.
