At Elena LeClaire Fine Art, each apparel item is created with care and intention. Please review our return policy carefully before placing your order.

  

All Apparel Sales Are Final

Due to the made-to-order nature of our apparel items, all apparel sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for apparel items except in cases of damage or printing defects.

  

Damaged or Defective Items

If your apparel item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To request a replacement or refund, please email:

  • A      clear photo of the damaged or defective item
  • A      brief description of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

  

Incorrect Size or Buyer’s Remorse

  • We do      not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or change of mind
